Miracle Fruit Tree Care

Because the Miracle Fruit Tree grows like a shrub, it can produce fruit as soon as its first year. It enjoys full to partial sun, and will reach a size of about 3 feet tall and 1 to 2 feet wide. 

The Miracle Fruit is also a great plant to grow in a pot. All it needs is a container large enough to accommodate new root growth. Choose a pot that is a few inches larger in diameter and depth than the tree’s existing container. The pot should also have holes for drainage. If you are growing this tree in a pot, put in in a sunny window, or somewhere where it gets full to partial sun each day.

The blooms appear in early spring and fruit can be harvested from May through October. Occasional watering is all that is needed to grow a vibrant Miracle Fruit Tree with dark green leaves and many pieces of fruit.
